Return Policy

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Products purchased directly from General Aerial Robotics LLC (GARL) may be returned within 14 days of original shipment. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package with all contents, and in resalable condition*. If you would like to return your item and the conditions set herein are met, simply send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.

Your return shall be shipped by USPS, Fedex or UPS and should be insured for your protection. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been made prior to returning the item. An RMA Form must accompany all returns with the RMA number provided to you.

 

Limits Of Responsibility: We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell them as a new product*. These parts can be complex systems; failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for installation of products offered by Total Control Innovations. The warranty does not cover, and GARL is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. GARL is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at GARL. GARL does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as GARL does not manufacture or fabricate any of the products found herein.

*Any alterations or modifications will void the return policy and warranty of all items offered by GARL.

Repair Service

 

           DJI Drone Repair Service

 

We provide repair service to all DJI products. Please fill the form below to initiate your repair service. If you have any question, please contact DJI Store Virginia at 757-300-9183 or send an email to paulleo@garlus.com.

Repair Procedures

 

1. Fill the Drone Repair Form

2. Drop off your drone at or ship your drone to DJI Store VA at 1713 Parkview Dr, Chesapeake VA23320

3. DJI Store VA Inspect the drone

4. DJI call customer to propose the repair and answer customer question

5.Perform  Repire if customer approves the quote, If customer rejects the proposal, go to step 7.

6. Notice customer the drone is repaired and ready for pickup. Customers pay for the repair  

7. Customer to pick up or DJI ship the drone back to customer.

 

 

 Most repairs are completed within 7 business days. We will have a repair staff  to diagnose your drone within 48hours of receiving.

  

Terms and Conditions 

1. Please notice that DJI Retail Store Virginia Repair Service does NOT Cover DJI WARRENTY CLAIMS or  DJI Refresh Protection Plans.

2. Customers are subject to pay all shipping costs for all repair service shipped.
